F is for FALL, FLANNEL, and FASHION

The temperature has dropped significantly and the leaves have changed to different colors so it is safe to say that “fall is officially here!” However, I do not like the cold weather! I would prefer to be warm rather than cold on any day! That brings me to the most important topic of discussion, “F is the sixth letter of the alphabet and it stands for three things that I love: FALL, FLANNEL, and FASHION.”

On the contrary, I love fall because I can begin to pull out my favorite boots (or new boots because I am a shopaholic) and pair them with a cute sweater, jeans, and jacket. Nonetheless, the options for fall outfits are endless because you have to layer different pieces to complete your outfit. The additional bonus is that I can stay warm with each outfit!

For this blog post, I decided to put an outfit together with pieces that I already had in my closet. Each time that I do this, I re-invent old threads into new threads and I just love it! I paired my black blazer jacket that has faux leather on the collar and zippers, flannel skirt, and boots with zippers and buckles on them. I really love how this outfit came together because it was edgy and reminds me of a rebellious school girl. Flannel prints just scream fall fashion and edginess if paired with the right outfit.

I can’t say this enough….”Recycle your old threads!”
